A new-build duplex in one of the most exciting redevelopments in central London is being given an injection of colour and personality with a new kitchen, new bathrooms and plenty of clever design ideas for the living spaces and the bedrooms. It will evolve from a big white box into something more playful and interesting for a family who use the property when in London. It will feel very different from their main residence in Texas.
